Ceux-là même qui pourraient devenir vos clients. Alors le soi-disant &#8220;orienté client&#8221; ne se décrète pas il se prouve par la reconnaissance des clients eux-mêmes, il ne s&#8217;agit plus d&#8217;un monologue, d&#8217;un concours de spams mais d&#8217;être en phase avec les aspirations et les souhaits de ceux qui vous confient leur argent et leur confiance.
